RC Southern Kickboxing is a Martial Arts school which is part of PUMA. Teaching kickboxing techniques,pad drills,sparring,self defence and much more each week – following the modern art of kickboxing and similar styles to other martial arts such as Tae Kwondo and Karate. Kickboxing is a great way to keep fit, gain confidence/discipline and meet new people. We follow a syllabus of Kickboxing so you have the opportunity to learn new techniques including: punches,kicks,blocks,self defence and how to spar.

Our primary objectives are to teach and foster the development of authentic Shotokan Karate Come along and train with Sensei Roy Tomlin MBE, 6th Dan JKA who has over 30 years experience in teaching Shotokan Karate. Prices: Non-Members GBP8 / Members GBP7 Members can train 5 times a week for only GBP57!!! If you're passionate about Karate and want to learn we are the club for you. Whatever your age, beginners are always welcome at our club. We offer a friendly and supportive atmosphere to newcomers, and this especially applies in the case of children. Shooting is one of the finest sports available to us. Shooting can be enjoyed by persons with physical disabilities, the disabled are most welcome to participate at our Burgh Rifle and Pistol Club. Our club boasts a new outdoor 100m Rifle range the facilities include archery and air rifle shooting.
