RC Southern Kickboxing is a Martial Arts school which is part of PUMA. Teaching kickboxing techniques,pad drills,sparring,self defence and much more each week – following the modern art of kickboxing and similar styles to other martial arts such as Tae Kwondo and Karate. Kickboxing is a great way to keep fit, gain confidence/discipline and meet new people. We follow a syllabus of Kickboxing so you have the opportunity to learn new techniques including: punches,kicks,blocks,self defence and how to spar.

Whether you wish a one day taster session in kayaking or rock climbing, wish to enhance your current level of skills or just come for an adventure and try gorge scrambling or sea level travesing we are waiting to discuss your specific requirements.We have a passion for developing everyone's enjoyment and knowledge of our area and the exciting activities we offer.Our staff are experienced and hold National Governing Body qualifications in the activities they run. We are happy to provide you our Risk Assessments and Operating Procedures should you wish them.
