The Pilates Clinic, in Wimbledon, was founded by Lisa Lamberti in May 2012. Lisa has over 17 years teaching experience, and since 2002 has housed her studio in various other locations. The Pilates Clinic welcomes all types of clients and offer classes/sessions to suit all levels of rehabilitation or body conditioning. We have a space dedicated to private Pilates sessions, and an adjacent space for group reformer Pilates classes. Group reformer classes are aimed at those who already have a base level understanding of Pilates and who are looking for something a little more challenging, with a cardio-vascular element to the sessions. For beginners the best way to start is with Private sessions, but we also run Beginner Group classes 3 times per week for those that prefer the group option.

Our primary objectives are to teach and foster the development of authentic Shotokan Karate Come along and train with Sensei Roy Tomlin MBE, 6th Dan JKA who has over 30 years experience in teaching Shotokan Karate. Prices: Non-Members GBP8 / Members GBP7 Members can train 5 times a week for only GBP57!!! If you're passionate about Karate and want to learn we are the club for you. Whatever your age, beginners are always welcome at our club. We offer a friendly and supportive atmosphere to newcomers, and this especially applies in the case of children. At the LSKC we are committed to all our students and to their personal advancement through the practice of the Japanese martial art of Shotokan Karate.
